Christmas Market 2019
Stallholders Info & Application form
Hi there! We’re pleased to announce that the St Albans Vineyard is hosting our Christmas Market again this year! Our purpose of running the day is to help promote and celebrate the creative skills of our wonderful members (and those local to the Church), and to create a fun, social event for the wider St Albans community. If you’d like to book a stall to sell your crafted items then please read the details below and complete an online application. Thank you!
The Vineyard Church, Unit 7 Brick Knoll Park, St. Albans, AL1 5UG
Saturday 30th November 2019 | 11am – 3pm
Setup from 9am on the day, or between 12pm-5pm on Friday 29th November
Unfortunately The St Albans Vineyard Church cannot accept any responsibility for items left overnight.
Pitches & Facilities
Stalls will be displayed in both of our downstairs Atriums. The Balcony will only be used if the downstairs Atriums are full.
If you are unable to bring your own table, we can provide one (approx 4ft x 2ft). These will be on a first come, first served basis.
We can provide a max of two chairs per stall.
Our Blend Coffee Bar will be open to serve hot drinks. We are looking to source food stall providers; if these are limited then we will sell some food from the Blend Coffee Bar.
Electricity will be available for some pitches; these will be prioritised by the St Albans Vineyard Church (i.e. food stalls).
There is ample free parking onsite.
As last year, in order to cover our costs, we ask for 10% of your take (payable on the day please, before you leave the venue).
Terms & Conditions
Sellers selling bric-a-brac or jumble will not be granted a stall; the market is looking to promote crafted items.
We (the St Albans Vineyard Church) reserve the right to refuse a pitch to any person whose items do not adhere to the event’s purpose and the ethos of the church. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any items from your stall that do not adhere to the ethos of the church.
Stalls selling produced crafts will be given priority over any re-sellers.
Stall holders must ensure that their stall displays are safe and that products sold meet with any legal requirements placed on such products.
Stallholders take full responsibility for their stalls and goods.
We (the St Albans Vineyard Church) is not responsible for any loss of stallholder’s items.
Due to the nature of the event we cannot guarantee that your stall will be unique in products offered.
