This week we are setting up a huge Nerf Arena. Two teams Red vs Blue, bring your Nerf guns along and let the foam fly.
We will be providing eye protection and normal darts for all players, if any of your Nerf guns cannot fire these you may still use it but you will need to bring your own ammo.
Every summer our STAV Youth head to the amazing Soul Survivor Festival. Here they take over Bath & West Showground for five days with about 5,000 other young people.
Soul Survivor's main focus is to follow Jesus better, so is really aimed at (Christian) young people. The teenagers who go are from a diverse range of different churches and denominations, although people with no faith background also come along as the festival is made accessible to all.
Everyone gathers for the morning and evening meetings in the Big Top, which tend to include worship, teaching and ministry. Then throughout the day there is loads of fun stuff to do. You have the chance to get the low down on all manner of issues in their massive array of seminars, hang out with friends drinking hot chocolate in makeshift cafes or check out live evening gigs and meet new people.
The STAV Youth will be heading to Soul Survivor's final Week C happening in August. So if you're 11-18 and want to join the us this year then get in touch with Kev to book you a place. The cost is £190 which includes your ticket, travel and food.
DTI is the national Vineyard youth festival for 11 to 18s. We spend the weekend together camping, laughing and passionately worshiping Jesus.
This year's DTI is at at Lincolnshire Show Ground with the theme FEARLESS. There'll be worship, silent discos, teaching & ministry, a revision room for the studious or a football tournament for the less studious.

// Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
We will be joining Sul Survivor for the Naturally supernatural conference. The four days are all about setting time aside to draw near to God and allow him to empower and equip us to live supernaturally in our everyday lives. There'll be worship, teaching and ministry, so it'll be a great and safe place to practice and grow in our spiritual gifts - helping us to operate in these with our friends & families!
The STAV Youth will be going as a group but the conference is open to all ages. If you're Youth then just let Kev know you are going firstname.lastname@example.org
