Thinking of visiting? Want to know what a Sunday at the Vineyard looks like?
When you arrive you'll be made welcome with a simple smile or hello. Walk into the atrium, pick up a latte or cappuccino from our fair-trade café The Blend Bar, and find yourself a seat in the auditorium. We start with some contemporary worship music, and after a few announcements, there'll be a relevant bible-based talk. The whole thing lasts about an hour and 15 minutes.
After the service take your time to relax, grab a doughnut and meet some new faces. Prayer is available to everyone for whatever you need so don't hesitate to talk to one of our trained prayer team members. Our welcome team will be dotted about to answer any questions - just look for people wearing a turquoise lanyard or visit the info desk by the entrance. We really want you to feel at home here and be able to enjoy yourself. Choose from either the 9.30am or 11.30am, whichever suits you.
Worship has always been at the core of everything we do at the Vineyard Church.
'Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness' Psalm 115v1
"Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it." 2 Corinthians 8v11
We launched the Growing Family Campaign in response to what we believe God was calling us to do: to increase our facilities and ‘make room’ for His Growing Family. We've seen God's faithfulness in multiplying our offerings into accomplishing something truly spectacular and we've more than doubled our size. We don't want to be a people who, in the words of the prophet Haagai, ‘have planted much but harvested little’. But we want to see everything we’ve sown come to fruition and be fulfilled! That’s why we're running onward to reach our goal and entering The Final Phase of our Growing Family.
"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25v40
Worship, expressed through our actions toward those in need, both in the local community and beyond.
